The advertisements below were mailed out to retail stores in 1945.
It is interesting to note that the color of the shovel-crane is listed as silver with red trim. This was
apparently the first version color. It also came in other color options. It also indicates that this toy was
designed to serve two purposes. With the shovel removed it became a crane!
That Christmas offer sounds tempting. Too bad it's 60 years too late!
