As with the No. 217 Dump Truck, the Fuels truck featured a tailgate that needed to be lifted straight up before it would swing open. This kept that loose dirt from flowing out the back end while in transport - a clever solution!
Minnitoy Fuels Truck
A very similar truck, the Minnitoy Haulage Ltd. (Sand and Gravel) came in the reverse colors - yellow cab and chassis with a red dump bed. Both great-looking haulers.
