Nylint Cab-Over-Engine Trucks
The Nylint Hi-Way Emergency Truck appeared
with several gradual variations during its four
year production run, 1959 through 1962.
For the first three years the trucks sported
red-painted wheels with blackwall tires. The
beaded chain boom lift and hook system were
operated by two control wheels.
The 1962 version featured smart looking
whitewall tires and chrome hub caps. It also
used a stronger linked-chain boom support.

The first version trucks (1959-61) often were fitted with tool boxes in the bed. The Nylint triangle decal
was affixed to the car dolly. The front decal declared it a Nylint Toy.

The second version truck (1962) used a "FORD" decal on the front. It did not have a tool box in the
bed and there was no decal on the car dolly.
