Rental train! This 3-piece set was very popular (made from 1961-65) as well as versatile. You could

The Ford crest was prominently displayed on the nose of these trucks. The rectangular rear quarter
decal was apparently used only on the first year (1961) U-Haul pick-ups. They seem to be quite rare.

Another first year feature was the use of "U-Haul" decals across the tailgate and front panel of the
trailers. These decals, however, are occasionally found on later model examples.

This rental fleet is identical to the one above, but it does not have the rear quarter panel decal. Since
the trailer tail gate decal is still present, this may be a 1962 production toy.

The exact meanings of the black markings on the box are unknown. Nylint did a nice job with realistic
graphics on this box. Note the rear quarter panel decal is still pictured, as it was in all their 1961-65
advertising.
